Job Description
MEIGS, VINTON and GALLIA counties.
Due to increased orders, RPM needs qualified, honest, and dependable independent contractors to perform property preservation, grass, REO, and inspection services on properties in foreclosure and REO markets.
We need individuals or small companies that are able to work independently, have a strong work ethic, are loyal, and are able to follow detailed order requirements. Computer skills and good communication are a must. Applicants already performing Property Preservation work, and military veterans will be given preference. Applicants with a strong repair/maintenance or construction background will also be considered.
Types of Work:
Lock Changes – Window/Door Boarding – Debris Removal – Grass Cuts – Shrub/Tree Trimming
Roof Tarping – Pool Coverings - Winterizations - Snow Removal
Minor Plumbing – Minor Electric – Photo Documentation & Photo Inspections
Tools/Equipment Needed:
Reliable Vehicle - Basic Hand Tools - Basic Power Tools
Air Compressor – Generator – Trailer or Truck for Debris Removal
Lawn Equipment (mower, weed whacker, hedge trimmer, rake)
Knob locks – Deadbolts – Slider/Window Locks – Padlocks/Hasps - Lockboxes
Digital Camera- Smartphone – Computer with Internet Access - Printer
Ability to pass a background check - General Liability Insurance
