Hello and welcome to 46 North Lancaster Apt A! My roommate and I are searching for two roommates for this upcoming Fall and Spring Semester (the lease is May xxxx - May xxxx). This apartment comes with all the great amenities: four parking spots, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, dishwasher, spacious kitchen and living area, two bathrooms, and two open and available bedrooms! The location is fantastic and only 5 minutes from the end of Court Street! We actually do not pay our rent on a monthly basis so the price on the add is a rough estimate of what you would pay monthly if we had to do so. We pay every months and we only have two more payments to make, one in the beginning of August and one in the beginning of December, both being $2,290. Subleasers do have to pay a security deposit of $605!
