I am looking for one roommate to fill a bedroom in a 3BR/2BA house. There will be one male and one female living in the house, and roommates of any gender are welcome. The current tenants are in a masters program at UC College of Medicine, and are quiet and studious (but really fun!). The house is located on E. Shields St, right behind the VA medical center and literally a 2-minute walk from the UC College of Medicine. The location is safe and quiet, with easy access to various locations around the UC campus and downtown Cincinnati. A shuttle bus stop for campus is located at the end of the street. Rent and all utilities combined will be about $550/month. Off-street parking is available, and a washer and dryer are located in the basement of the house. The home is owned by a very responsible landlord, and all maintenance will be taken care of by the landlord.
