Looking for someone to move in to my house. You'd have your own bathroom, central air, washer dryer, dishwasher, alarm. Plenty of on street parking and the neighbors are all really nice and respectful. Walking distance from Short North. I have a garage but I use it to work on Mopeds and don't park cars out there. The room is secluded at the opposite end of the house from mine and has a huge closet that goes down one wall. The bedrooms are on the second floor and the first floor is completely open from the front door to the back. All new insulation and appliances.
