I am looking for a roommate to live with me at River Annex. It is only 5 mins drive from OU, parking is free. It is a 2 br with 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The room is abailable NOW. The room is furnished with a Queen size bed, a computer desk, a chair, a rug, a big closet, and some lamps. Appliances: AC, Microwave, Range, Refrigerator, Oven, and Laundry Room in each building. Rent is 340, gas, heat, water, and trash included. Electricity is around 30$ per month, a little higher during summer. Internet is about 60$ per month, TOP SPEED. OPEN ROOM ANYDAY ANYTIME. Now something about myself. I am a 25 year old male, an international student from China, just got my green . I am a very easy-going person, easy to get along with. I am net and responsible. I respect personal space. I do not like party a lot. I like to watch movies and play games while I am free. I love to cook, and I am a very good cooker. I cook REAL HOME-MADE CHINESE FOOD. I can cook everyday. I want to find a roommate that is also net, and responsible. Gender makes no difference to me, but I prefer girls (my last roommate is also a girl).
