I need help and interested in female roommates only to split the rent equally a month. I am looking to move to the Cleveland area on the east side only because I am going to tri-c and working right now and when I move it will be easier. I am very quiet and respectful. I am a black male and I am 33 year old college student at Cuyahoga Community College in Welding. I have poor credit so I need co-signers. I am looking to do this legally and to be smart about this. I am looking to split rent three ways each. Divide the rent three ways so we spend $200 when the rent is $600 per month. I need help with the finances but I hope you get the idea. Look for the place for me and I will show up and sign the lease and pay portion of the rent. I am not looking for drama and looking to do this the right way.
